Return & Refund Policy

Refunds:

You can request a refund within 30-days of receiving your Vemaika. We will send you a prepaid shipping label to be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Upon receiving your package and inspecting it, your refund will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days. A %5 return processing fee will be applied to the total amount that was paid for the order.

Exchanges: 

We offer free exchanges. You can request an exchange within 30-days of receiving your Vemaika. We will send you a prepaid shipping label to be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Once your exchange has been received, we will begin processing your updated order.

Defective or Damaged Products: 

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please let us know within 30-days. We'll provide the instructions to receive a new replacement or a full refund.
